OUR STORY

At VLT Catering, we bring together our passions with a unique, creative perspective. Chef Viktoria attended culinary school in Florence, Italy for two years, working in restaurant & private settings & training under incredible chefs. She then returned to California to further her education, studying under French chefs in Laguna Beach, CA. With years of restaurant & hospitality experience between all of our staff members, we're happy to play a vital role in helping you be present & enjoy your event (instead of busy cooking in the kitchen or making drinks for your guests).
